“how come i cant order this online or in a store? this item is not available online, ive tried to order through the retail store and they cannot order this item for me, yet they have a flyer that says they are taking pre-orders, but when i try its not an available option for them to take my order in their system”

• Samsung was not prepared to meet the demand the GearVR ended up producing. At this point, they are back ordered everywhere.

• The Gear VR is in extremely short supply. I had a hard time getting one myself. It's the same on Samsung's website, Amazon, etc. The best I can recommend is to keep refreshing the bestbuy.com listing. It tends to come back in stock for a short time in the middle of the day.

• It's sold out in the USA now. The only place your going to be able to place an order is on Samsung USA website, but I know how you feel. I'm in the United Kingdom & it's not even available here yet!! :o(((((((( but nevermind, I got the Gear VR for S6 Edge & Note 4 to keep me happy till it is lol
