• I wouldn't think so; the Oculus interface looks like a closed eco-system, excluding for instance, apps available for Google Cardboard, and vice-versa. Unless your software generates movies like anything shot on your phone, which could then be viewed within the Oculus interface, I wouldn't count on it.

• If it's vr content just flip up the USB plug to bypass the Samsung software so your just using the lenses

• At the moment the software for the Gear VR (Oculus) is very limited so I would be skeptical.
