• A:Answer No. Unless buying refurb from Apple's website, refurb'd Mac's come with 1 year warranty that ends 1 year from when the ORIGINAL buyer purchased. Apple Care + is only available for 1 month from that date, so highly unlikely you can purchase. IMO, refurb sites like Best Buy should publish the original purchase date of each Mac they sell.

• A:Answer I am pretty sure that depends on the individual machine in question as it will vary from model to model. They are fairly transparent about the condition of the product in my experience. Consider going with an open box model as those are similar in price and are viewed as a new machine from Apple's point of view and include the same warranty and ability to enroll in AppleCare as one that is purchased brand new! Also, there are great 3rd party retailers such as Back Market who specialize in refurbished MacBook models and they stand behind their products and offer fairly decent warranties and the option for extended upgraded protection as well, similar to AppleCare.

• A:Answer Mine came w a USB-C to USB-C cord and NOT the USB-C to Magsafe cord. I called two different support numbers and was told that I would need to return the item to get the cord.

• A:Answer I bought 2, one for myself and one for my wife. One had the full setup, Pages, numbers, etc, while the other one didn't. Worse, the second one came with the language set to Swedish, which meant we couldn't understand the menus so that we could reset to English.
