I didn’t, personally have a good experience with my purchase , I received something completely different from what I ordered!!!! I took a month to finalize the return process! Plus their warranty is too short on refurbished items. I end up getting one from the big “smile” web giant store with 2 warranty! And it was an extremely smooth transaction!!!! As always! I would d stay away from BB, personal opinion
