“What is the cycle count on the battery of this machine? When it’s a refurb, it can be as new as a simple return of merch during the return window or a trade in that has replacement parts restored to factory state, still the same battery. What is this one”

It depends on the model year, model etc…, they can be as mentioned above or trade ins. I didn’t, personally have a good experience with my purchase , I received something completely different from what I ordered!!!! I took a month to finalize the return process! Plus their warranty is too short on refurbished items. I end up getting one from the big “smile” web giant store with 2 warranty! And it was an extremely smooth transaction!!!! As always! I would d stay away from BB, personal opinion
