Bought this MacBook “certified” refurbished and it lasted me less than 2 months before the screen went out. I called to tell them since it has a 90 day warranty. They told me if there’s any scratches on the laptop then that warranty is voided. There was a small ding in the corner when I bought the laptop. It didn’t bother me at the time since I knew it was used but that was there excuse not to help me. Took it to uBreakiFix and had to pay $550 to get the screen fixed. Totally regret the purchase

Buying a MacBook is investing in quality—but getting it Geek Squad Certified at Best Buy takes it further. The in-store service? Unmatched. (Not talking about Geek Squad telephone support—no thanks lol #India.)
