• A:Answer Yes it just came with the console only. It did not have the controller or the three cords to hook it up. The store ended up supplying us with the controller but the three cords I had to get off Amazon and buy them myself when they were supposed to been with the system and I never got refunded for those.

Q: QuestionI just got a refurbished PS4 Pro with 1 controller and the cords and I can’t seem to pair the controller. The controller is charged, and I’ve power cycled the system and pushed the reset button on the controller for 5 seconds. Any help is appreciated.
