It depends, on what piece you receive, most of the time you might get slightly used but some times the piece is really bad, I would recommend testing throughly after you buy, there is really short window to change your mind

Please try again later.The refurbished models are cheaper because they were used by a previous owner, however the refurbished certified models are in excellent condition, I bought one to save the money and was very happy as it was in like new condition and didn't even have a scratch on the screen, and it also came with all the accessories.
