It probably won' be like new, mine came with a faulty controller. No 1 year warranty from Nintendo, just the 90 days. Comes with straps and dock.

Please try again later.I think the way it works (not 100 percent sure) is that Best Buy itself will honor the warranty for 90 days, but anything past that point will have to go through Nintendo directly, so keep receipts and documents somewhere safe. My refurb came with everything - original packaging, straps, cords, and manuals. Basically as close to "like new" as they could've gotten it. I also haven't noticed any wear and tear on mine.
