• 90 day warranty if you buy it refurbished from Best Buy, 1 year if bought refurbished from Nintendo.

• Yes, it comes with GeekSquad certified warranty. (But if you register it in the Nintendo website and you are the first to do so, you will have the same 1yr warranty PLUS the GeekSquad one)

• Yes, I had to return mine for a faulty joy con and either had the option of a store credit or replacing mine with a new one. Ofc I took the new one
