“Does service include transferring data files from my old device? I am looking at purchasing a new laptop. If I also pay for Geek Squad Tech Support, does it include having a technician transfer data such as photos, music and mail files from my old computer? (both computers are Macbooks)”

• I call them GOOF SQUAD since they replaced a 3 week old hard drive in a Gateway and lost the 3 DVD'S I gave them for complete back up. They gave me a blank computer - nothing - NADA! Blank screen; clean new hard drive -= no windows, no nothing, and said tough luck and that took 6 weeks!!!

• I always have them do this for me due to the friendly ness and they show me how importen it is to have geek squad on your side in case something happines
