QuestionHow long does it typically take to charge the Gen3 Stride electric bike? We got ours and charged for about an hour and then went for a four mile ride. It's still showing red on the charging brick after about 3 hours.

- Answer When you first purchase you should charge for 24 hours or over night. Give it a full blast of energy! I did this and the battery has been real strong since day one

- Answer There is only a little adjustment of the handle bars. By either rotating them or loosening and sliding the neck up a little.

- Answer they say it is, but its not really. the stores aren't equipped. mine was supposed to be assembled, but the store pick up guy was like "man, i just give people their boxes" im a total tech member too, so it was a bit of a disappointment when it wasn't clearly broken out like it said online. they then wanted me to get into a long geek squad line, set up an appointment for them to come over and then put it together. i put it together the same night in like an hour.

- Answer Gen3 bikes are Class 2 e-bikes. They can be modified into a different class by replacing the the majority of the electrical system.

- Answer It's in a box. It will have to be assembled. It's not hard to do though. Great instructions and comes with the tools needed. Great bike.
