• Yes, it would help. If you get a shark bite on you, this would help. Sharks are attracted to swimming movements. This would limit, your limb movements. You would not outrun a shark with this, but it could allow you to conserve energy and limit blood loss if you have a huge gash. Most victims die from having a huge gash. Nobody wants a huge gash. Especially from a shark.

• it's not good in sand; wouldn't want the sand in the electrics; so, I assume it wouldn't be good in water either; I live near the beach, but I've not had an issue with sharks yet ;o)
