Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the air quality feeding into the machine and how often you run it, I would say every 2-3 months maximum. It's quite easy to determine when, by simply looking at the filter. If it looks dirty, change it! I left mine in (even though it looked bad) while waiting on a replacement and I had water surrounding the machine (condensation), after running it for about a half hour. I bought 3 filters the next time to be on the safe side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tend to change my filters out every other month. I do check it a few times a month though, sometimes a change is needed sooner. You can get away with just cleaning the filters of dust/dirt as well and re-use them 2 or 3 times but I don’t need any trapped pathogens or whtvr escaping the filter that were left behind. Not that my rooms that spotless anyway but I still feel better with a new one instead.
