I estimate that you can grill any meat or fish from 1/2 inch thick to 1 1/2inch thick, as long as no large or thick bones in it.

We grill a variety of meat on our Evolve Grill, but mostly chicken, steak, and pork chops. We've also done pineapple and mushrooms. There's a chart on the front of the grill with suggested times and temperatures.
