Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine didn't, it's a turn dial. But I also bought it a year ago and the model might have been updated since then. It's honestly slim (unabtrusive) and so quiet we leave our 2 filters running 24/7 on the medium setting and barely notice the sound.
