• Not sure if best buy carries them in store. But both the carbon filter and the HEPA filter can be purchased on Amazon. And they are extremely easy to change. All you have to do is open the back panel to access both filters.

• The filters can be purchased with most online retailers. You can check Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Lowes.com, guardiantechnologies.com, etc. The filters are very easy to change is it just involves removing a back panel with a single push down tab and the filter pulls right out.
