• Very quiet even on level 3. Is ok in bedroom or any room. Should be fine in your office. Best money I ever spent!

• ON the low setting it would be just fine. I leave mine on 24/7. I would only put it on a very high setting if there is a strong odor. I have a larger unit in our very open concept kitchen area. It adjusts automatically according to the quality of the air. My partner is a chain smoker & that unit stays on its lowest level 3/4's of the day. I would reccomend these filters, low on noise & improved, fresh quality of the air is noticeable. Get the size appropriate to your space.
