“I ordered this Director's Cut version, but it seems to be just the regular version when I try to install it. The upgrade fee was also 30$ instead of 10$ to the PS5 version. Anyone know what's going on?”

I had the same issue, it’s common but you have to install the ps4 version and play through to the cutscene and enter the ingame store. From there you should see a 10 dollar upgrade

You have to find a beach area in the game where a mission is, start it and you will start the dlc

There are multiple upgrades. If you only had the base game you have to spend a lot more. Base game to ps5 directors cut = $30 Directors cut to ps5 version = $10
