Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting an external display. Please try the following troubleshooting steps: Make sure the HDMI cable is fully connected to both the laptop and the monitor/TV. Press Windows + P and select Extend or Duplicate again to force Windows to detect the display. Go to Settings → System → Display → Multiple Displays, then click Detect to manually search for another display. Update your graphics drivers and Windows updates, then restart the laptop. (https://www.gigabyte.com/Laptop/GIGABYTE-AERO-X16-EG61H/support) Test with another HDMI cable or display if available to rule out cable/device issues. If the problem still persists, please contact our support team at [email protected] and include your laptop model, Windows version, and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you further.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
