This laptop obviously has some quality control issues. There is no fix for this problem that I could find and was forced to do a warranty replacement. I got a new laptop from Gigabyte through their RMA process but they did not offer any explanation as to why my laptop stopped turning on. I had to pay shipping to their RMA facility in CA (~$100.00) which I think is terrible. A 3rd party warranty is probably advised for this particular laptop if you already have it. I would buy a different brand with a better warranty process if you are still on the fence about buying this laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It comes standard with a one year manufacture warranty. Send it in for fixing or replacement
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Anyone having this problem should have just returned their unit to BB within their return/exchange window. More than that I cannot comment.
