• The first answer is almost certainly wrong, technically speaking. It might have USB-C 4.0 which is just as good as Thunderbolt 4 for all practical purposes. But it’s an AMD CPU and only Intel and Apple have Thunderbolt (maybe rare exceptions). Can somebody who bought this laptop say if it has USB-C 4.0?

• It is, and you can use it for charging, but it might decrease gaming or editing performance a bit.

• There is one USB4 port. USB4 is NOT the same as Thunderbolt, which is a CERTIFICATION. However, this one is rated as PD 3.0, which means it can carry a charge bidirectionally.
