• It has ray tracing and its not bad, not as good as nvidia but its good enough. it will get better over time.

• Yes, it has build in hardware ray tracing. AMD will be releasing their be releasing FidelityFX Super Resolution on 6/22/21 which will speed up ray tracing (AMD's answer to DLSS)
