“TouchPad no longer works, I have had this laptop for less than 2 weeks and only used it a handful of times. Please note this is not the "Touchpad disabled via the function key" issue. Windows is not even detecting a touchpad at all.”

Use warranty or if you are in the return time exchange it. You maybe bought a faulty laptop.
