• Depends, the Intel core must be able to fit the 1151 motherboard socket, as long as the Intel core says 1151 anywhere around it, it would work. Not exactly sure about the graphics card though.

• Yes for both questions, the socket for the Intel Core i5-9400F is using the LGA1151 socket. The graphic card is also able to be used in the motherboard.
