Long story short, yes, a 3070 will work with this board, but I can't say I would recommend it. Whatever system you would be likely to build on this motherboard would almost certainly be leaving some performance on the table when going with a newer graphics card (though we don't have the exact specs of the 3070 yet. If you are considering this board for budget reasons, then I would probably recommend going with a less expensive graphics card and distribute the money you save there into the rest of the build to make it a bit more balanced. I know that the newest tech is exciting, but previous generations can be a fantastic value, and still deliver great performance. below are a few things to give you a bit of a jumping off point. pcpartpicker.com is a great resource!
