Will this motherboard support a Ryzen 5 1600AF? null

Yeah Bc it’s a b450 motherboard, all b450 motherboards support the Ryzen 5 chipset series out of the box. The A320 Motherboards only support Ryzen 3 series Out of the box you’ll need to update the bios in order to support Ryzen 5 cpus
