• Short answer: follow the recommended power supply on the GPU. APU computers do not need more than 600W. Long answer: Power supply wattage amount always is based on the CPU and GPU Max wattage + 200-300 watts. For example, 5600X is roughly 150W and a 3080ti is 350W. Therefore you will need at least 700W-800W power supply. Youl will need more wattage if you intend on overclocking.

• Typically you want to go with a power supply that matches your GPU output but for a B550 without a GPU you want at least 500watts many say 450 but 500 is better as it leaves room for upgrades
