“Connected this Ultrawide to my surface pro and for the life of me it is faintly blurry and I cannot change it. Resolution is 1920 X 1080 and scale is at 100% (cant go lower I believe)- any tips? I would love it to be able to easily have many windows”

Hi Kmorris, Assuming you have the correct adaptors/cables. You can enable the 3440x1440p (native resolution) by right clicking the desktop and clicking on display settings. From there you can change the resolution, and the location/behavior of the monitor. Hope this helps! - John
