• hi there! you can change the volume with the keys on the keyboard by pressing and holding the fn key and then pressing f5 to toggle volume down or f6 to toggle volume up the same thing can be done to toggle the screen brightness with f8 and f9 simply hold the fn key and press the desired key to raise or lower brightness hope this helps!
