• It can tilt down by 5 degrees. It can range from -5 to +20 degrees. And is height adjustable for 120mm.

• It can tilt up and down a little, but you would be better off getting a monitor Arm. That is what I did.

• It has an equal tilt down and up. It isn’t much but it does tilt. I have 2 matching ones and they’re great.
