I was on the website refreshing the page the very moment when the item page/entry was added to the product search. It was already in 'Sold Out' status the moment it appeared, so I don't think they had any stock to sell. Also the nVidia official product page for the RTX 3050 doesn't link to here, but to another retailer. I think this page is just a placeholder.

Each of those manufacturers will add their own options to the design that will increase the price (increased DRAM, Cooling system, etc.).
