“hi, why the verify account is taking forever, customer service is doing a hot potato and no satisfying answer at the end. I have been watching this from past 18 hours. website shows that "you are in line..." but keeps spinning at verify account.... :(”

This happened to me with other cards, I just got this one on newegg for 10 dollars more. If you reload the page it may just do the same thing or it is out of stock. Make sure the place you have selected to pick up will work. Also make sure you have your address and billing information and all your account stuff set up. Hope this helps.
