Yes, this GPU will fit with your Motherboard. The GEN 3 PCIe slot will simply limit it's bus size and data transfer rate, since it is optimized for the new GEN 4 PCIe slots, however the difference is minimal at most due to the card's architecture being on par and above the previous 20 series GPUs, which utilized the GEN 3 PCIe slots. If you are able to get your hands on one of these cards, which I've been trying for months now, you should have no issue installing it into your Motherboard. Just make sure that your case and other parts don't interfere with the card's length and height. The max sizes are shown in it's description and overview, use those numbers to calculate your clearance in your case.
