  • QuestionDoes the overcloaked edition has shorter life or is it in any way worse than a non overcloaked edition?

    Asked by Daryn.

    • Answer Overclocking a GPU can cut down its lifespan some, but that's purely determined by just how much you overclock it by and how often you play on it, and how long. You don't have to overclock your GPU if you have one that allows for it to be overclocked. It'll give off much of the same performance, if not better when compared to a Founders Edition card, which usually does not have room for overclocking. Typically it is built for better cooling capabilities which is designed to counteract the temperature increase that is bound to come from overclocking.

  • Questionis this LHR ?

    Asked by picasso.

    • Answer It is LHR, but if you are not doing mining should not be an issue. Not sure how the other responder got a Gigabyte card direct from EVGA though.

  • QuestionNot to be that guy, but shouldn't the product title read "384 bit GGDR6X"? I think only the 3070ti/70/60ti have a 256 bit config. Unless Gigabyte really wanted to throw a curveball.

    Asked by EfficiencyEnjoyer.

    • Answer Actually my original answer was incorrect. I was thinknig about the 3060 12GB cards. Best Buy has 256 bit listed in error. This card actually has 12GB of 384-Bit GDDR6X memory. Your original assumption was correct. My bad.

  • QuestionWhy cant i find the card to go pick up?

    Asked by Lonnie.

    • Answer $799 and available while supplies last as of today... just ordered one. I'd be extremely surprised to see these drop any lower than $699.99, when all is said and done; 40XX release.
