Hi Squidward, This card is capable of 4K, but not all games will run at 144hz. Depending on the title, you will have to lower some settings if you want to hit that magic 144fps. With Nvidia G-Sync compatible monitors you'll still get a smooth experience regardless of fps. Hope this helps, - John
