“Is the performance of this card the same as the other 3080 tis. I’m trying to save money up to buy this card but I don’t want it to be a waste of money.”

Performance? similar, as they all are in FPS. Consider: an extra HDMI port, quiet in operation and appearance, thin (thinner?), no need for Rev .X to correct initial design flaws, solid reviews, Game and Professional software drivers. For me that was performance enough :).
