750w is enough to handle this card and a 13 series CPU. MY computer never gets anywhere near 650w while running this card and an i7 13700k.

It all depends on your setup. I am running an i9, water cooled and a RTX 4070ti. I have a 750 watt psu and it does just fine. Results may vary. Build your setup on pcpartpicker.com to see your potential wattage.
