Does the Z370 have a PCIe x16 GPU slot? It should... Most if not all modern motherboards do, Have you checked the measurements of your case/ the specs of the case? That will tell you the max GPU length allowed.

It will, however, fit in an NZXT S340 case, as this card is less than 445mm in length. If you're concerned about the first part, typically RTX 40-series cards like this one work best with a X670 or B650 type board. These are the more modern chipsets that support PCIe Gen 4 and Gen 5 respectively, and will be able to handle these types of cards. They do also support DDR5 RAM as well as the newest Ryzen and Intel CPU's, so this is something to consider when you are putting together a parts list.
