• It doesnt run Black Ops 2 or 3 that good i dont recommend it seeing those are older games

• Yes, should run Valorant just fine. Especially if you are on 1080p monitor. It is a fairly budget card but runs e-sport titles like Valorant, Fortnight, etc... on moderate settings with very good results.
