Yes, the x870e chipset has 24 PCIe 5.0 lanes provided by the CPU, 20 are directly wired from the CPU to the top 16x slot and top M.2 slot. The rest are allocated to the chipset which breaks out the remaining 4 into 24 lanes giving a total of 44 available. The chipset can do this by bifurcating the lanes and running some at slower speeds.
