They can make & receive calls from a different state (like grandparents) if the number is added into the watch by the primary caregiver. If you’re asking about tracking them on a map within a range, that is something you can set up on the map within the app. Hope that answers your question.

A:AnswerIts not perfect, but it is within 1 block. If you need to be more exact than that, this will not do. It does ding my phone as soon as it moves out of the address I've entered. I then ask it to do a real time locate just to confirm whether it is or not. It has always been spot on.

A:AnswerI bought insurance for all my devices. Asurion sent me another watch, charger and the watch band for $19.00. If you don't have insurance. You can always try putting it in rice to see if it pulls the moisture out. Good luck!
A:AnswerThey can text any of the 10 contacts, but they will need to install the gizmo app. The texts go through the app. They can’t type messages. On the app you can add what messages you want to see on the phone. You can also record voice messages from the phone. I recommend you getting a screen protector. My son dropped his at School and broke the screen. So far I can’t find any replacement parts to fix it.
