“Why is the delivery taking so long? It has been on the "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." stage for nearly 24 hours? It says arriving today, which I have a hard time believing regarding the circumstances the product is in.”

3 years later they still have the same problem. Mine has been stuck for 3 days now
