Hi DrKerry, the frequency response of the devices has been preset per the listening program. Unlike self-fitting hearing aids, these devices can only adjust the volume and not the frequency response or treble and base. The different listening programs are adjusted to accommodate a variety of different configurations of hearing loss and can be accessed on devices. These devices have no app connectivity.
