It's not open world but it more sandbox feel and it has a very emotional story

Action is more third person as if you are watching a movie.

It's an "over the shoulder" , 3rd person perspective. The camera is looking at your back.

It's an action role playing game with a over the shoulder camera view. Very action pack with a compelling story.
