Im sure the theme comes with it. If not get the digital download version of the game the, special edition of the game off the network has the dynamic theme.

Yes. All Unlovable Content Will Be Available When You Put In The Disc. All Other Unlockabkes are By Code. (inside the disc case) Hope this helps my friend.
