Most likely not a 3.2 data cable this is a standard charging cable with standard 480 capabilities. Which is good for most but if you want a real data cable with higher data rating you should purchase one separately. They have thunderbolts 1,2,3,4,5 now which are way higher data transfer speeds then 3.2.
