• Warn to the touch or even very warm is normal. If it's getting too hot to touch the device I'd file for a warranty. Ensure you're using the supplied AC-USB power adapter.

• Mine gets a little warm when using. Unless it's hot enough to melt the plastic, I think you're okay.

• No, theres nothing wrong they are made to withstand a certain amount of heat and the device is so small that it runs hot. mine is always hot and nothing has happened to it in years.
