• If you have setup with phone, YES you can connect to tv with your phone and watch it in full screen. Easy to connect.

• You can only use apps with built in chromecast support. There are a lot of these apps and compatibility is usually listen in the app store description.

• Yes if you use google chrome on a desktop/laptop/phone to cast it to the chromecast.
