• I installed Google Home app on the phone and then followed the prompt to set up the Chromecast. Then all you do is access an app on your phone such as Netflix, the touch the 'cast' symbol on the phone.

• I think it's over your wi-fi connection. You can say "OK Google, Cast [thing] to [Cast target name]."

• Works pretty well with it actually. Just tell it to play and it does it. Only downside is that currently it only supports Youtube.
